Frequently Asked Questions
- We provide an initial consult free of charge. This is to identify if there are any additional disabilities or rating increases that you have not been properly rated by the VA. We will help you determine a way ahead.
- While the vast majority of our competitors want two to seven times of your increase, VMAGSA charges for the service you request. The cost is based on what your claim needs, i.e. Nexus Letter or Medical Opinion/DBQ for an physical injury or illness, or Nexus/DBQ for behavioral health.
Once a veteran makes contact with VMAGSA, we setup an initial consultation to get a better understanding of all conditions, identify potential secondary claims, and any additional concerns. From that consultation we will provide a plan of action for the veteran to consider, providing resources and assistance throughout the entire process.
No, we are not! VMAGSA is a private organization who's mission is to help veterans understand their current medical condition, how it applies to their military service, and the possible benefits and compensation they are eligible to receive. Our team is largely composed of military veterans and professional partners to help you get the rating you deserve as quickly and efficiently as possible without braking the bank.
VMAGSA is a small team of dedicated veterans and professional medical partners that focuses of quality over quantity. We provide a unique service that larger companies cannot. We DO NOT charge an additional fee when you receive and increase in your disability rating. Some companies charge 2 to 6, and sometimes 7 times, of our fee. Some will even ask you to sign an agreement where you given them your VA increase for 6 to 12 months. Here, at VMAGSA, we believe you earned your disability rating by your sacrifice for your family and country. Therefore, you should be entitled to all your VA compensation.
